1. 服务内容

本站提供西洋占星（排盘、本命解读、运势推运、生辰校正）及八字性格小结等内容服务。部分功能免费，部分为付费内容。我们可能根据运营需要调整、暂停或终止部分功能，重大变更会在站内提示。

2. 账号

• 注册时请提供真实可用的邮箱，并妥善保管密码；你应对账号下发生的行为负责。建议开启二步验证。
• 一人一号，不得出租、转让、出售账号；发现账号被盗用，请立即修改密码并联系我们。
• 你需年满 18 周岁，或已取得监护人同意后在监护人指导下使用。本站不面向 14 周岁以下儿童提供服务。
• 你可随时在「我的 → 账号安全 → 注销账号」注销账号。

3. 付费内容与退款

• 价格以下单页面显示为准，我们可能调整价格，调整不影响已支付的订单。
• 付费解读为即时生成的数字内容，一经生成并交付，除法律另有规定外，不支持无理由退款。
• 如因本站原因导致付款后未能生成或内容明显缺失、重复扣款，请在 7 日内联系我们，核实后我们将重新生成或退款。
• 支付由第三方支付渠道处理，我们不保存你的银行卡号等支付凭证。

4. 用户行为规范

你不得：（1）攻击、入侵、干扰本站或绕过登录、付费、频率限制等安全措施；（2）使用脚本批量抓取、爬取内容或批量注册；（3）将本站内容用于转售、公开传播、训练或蒸馏其他模型等商业用途；（4）上传或输入违法、侵权、骚扰性内容；（5）冒用他人信息。违反者，我们可限制功能、停用账号，并保留追究责任的权利。

5. 知识产权

本站的程序、页面设计、文字、图表及解读内容的著作权和相关权利归我们或权利人所有。基于你的出生资料为你生成的解读，你可以为个人用途保存、打印、分享给亲友，但不得用于商业转售或批量传播。

6. 服务中断与责任限制

我们会尽力保障服务稳定，但不保证不会中断、延迟或无错误。因网络故障、第三方服务（包括大模型、支付、邮件服务）异常、不可抗力等造成的损失，我们在法律允许的范围内不承担责任。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对任何情形下的赔偿责任以你就相关服务实际支付的费用为限。本条不排除法律规定不得排除的责任。

7. 协议变更

我们可能更新本文，更新后会修改版本号并在站内提示；你继续使用即视为接受。涉及你重要权利的变更，我们会请你重新确认同意。

8. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议的订立、解释和争议解决适用运营者所在地的法律。发生争议时，双方先友好协商；协商不成的，提交运营者所在地有管辖权的法院处理。

第二部分　隐私政策

1. 我们收集哪些信息

• 账号信息：邮箱、昵称、密码（只保存不可逆的哈希，我们看不到你的密码）；如开启二步验证，会保存验证器密钥（加密存储）。注册时若填写邀请码，会记录该邀请码。
• 你主动保存的出生资料：出生日期、时间、地点、性别、称呼，仅在你点击「保存到我的命盘」时才存储。管理员界面只显示“保存了几张”，不显示具体内容。
• 排盘时临时输入的资料：没有点「保存到档案」的出生资料，不会变成一张档案。你登录后生成成功的解读，会按这次的出生资料记在账号里，方便下次打开。
• 你生成过的解读：本命付费章节、今日 / 本周 / 本月运势、年运报告、合盘解读，生成成功后保存到你的账号。同一张盘、同一时间再打开直接显示，不再次计费。注销账号时一并删除。
• 合盘中他人的出生资料：生成合盘解读后，对方的出生信息会随这条解读一起保存，用来下次直接打开；请确保你已获得对方同意，或只填写你有权使用的信息。
• 追问：问题和回答跟这一处一起保存（本命的某一章、某一天 / 周 / 月、这一次合盘）。再打开同一处，对话还在。不会另外做一份问答列表。注销账号时一并删除。
• 使用与安全记录：登录时间、IP 地址、浏览器类型、登录失败记录、付费内容的生成次数与用量、订单记录、管理操作审计记录，用于安全防护、额度控制、对账和排查问题。
• Cookie 与本地存储：见下文第 6 条。

2. 我们如何使用

• 提供排盘、解读、订单、账号和客服功能；发送验证、找回密码等必要邮件（如已启用邮件服务）。
• 防止滥用与欺诈（登录失败锁定、频率限制），保障账号和系统安全。
• 改进服务质量，统计时只使用不可识别个人的汇总数据。
• 履行法律法规要求的义务。
• 我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会用于向第三方投放广告。

3. 与第三方共享及跨境传输

• 大模型服务：生成付费解读时，会把你的盘面计算结果（星体位置等）以及你填写的性别、称呼、语言等资料（不含邮箱、密码）发送给第三方大模型服务生成文字，目前主要使用 DeepSeek，备用 Anthropic（Claude）。这些服务商可能位于你所在地区以外，等于发生跨境传输。请不要在“称呼”等自由输入框中填写你不希望外发的信息（如真实全名、证件号、住址）。
• 支付服务：付费时，订单信息会交给微信支付、支付宝等第三方支付渠道处理，适用其隐私政策。
• 邮件服务：发送验证、找回密码邮件时，你的邮箱地址会交给邮件服务提供商。
• 服务器托管：数据存放于我们租用的云服务器。
• 除上述情形及法律法规要求、司法机关依法调取外，我们不会向其他方披露你的个人信息。

为避免重复生成，服务器会缓存已生成的解读文本，缓存内容只与盘面和提示词相关，不与邮箱关联。

4. 保存期限

• 账号信息与已保存的命盘：保存至你注销账号为止。
• 注销后：保存的命盘删除，邮箱与昵称匿名化，所有登录会话失效；订单记录匿名保留（财税对账与法律义务需要，按法律要求的期限）。
• 运行日志与安全记录：保留合理期限（通常不超过 12 个月），之后删除或匿名化。

5. 你的权利

• 查看与修改：在「我的」中查看、修改昵称和密码，删除已保存的命盘。
• 注销：「我的 → 账号安全 → 注销账号」。
• 查询、更正、导出、撤回同意、限制处理等其他请求：发邮件至 support@flamearth.com，我们会在核实身份后 15 个工作日内答复。
• 如你位于欧盟、英国等地区，依当地法律还享有相应的数据保护权利，也可向当地监管机构投诉。

6. Cookie 与本地存储

• 登录会话 Cookie（HttpOnly，必需）：保持登录状态；勾选“记住我”时有效期 30 天。
• CSRF 令牌（必需）：防止跨站请求伪造。
• 语言偏好（Cookie lang 与浏览器本地存储 af_lang）：记住你选择的界面语言，并让服务器据此输出对应语言的解读。
• 我们不使用广告类或跨站追踪 Cookie。你可以在浏览器中清除或阻止 Cookie，但可能无法登录。

7. 安全措施

全程 HTTPS 传输；密码哈希存储；登录失败锁定与频率限制；会话可随时失效；管理操作留有审计记录；管理中心仅对管理员可见。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全，如发现异常或数据泄露风险，请及时联系我们；若发生影响你权益的安全事件，我们会依法及时通知并采取补救措施。

8. 未成年人

本站不面向 14 周岁以下儿童，也不会故意收集其个人信息；18 周岁以下用户请在监护人同意并指导下使用。若发现我们误收了未成年人信息，请联系我们删除。

9. 政策更新

我们更新本政策时会修改版本号，并在站内提示；重大变更会要求你重新确认同意。

第三部分　免责声明

1. 性质：本站内容基于传统占星（含西洋占星技法及八字等）方法与公式计算，并由人工智能辅助撰写，仅供自我觉察、文化娱乐与参考。占星并非经科学验证的预测手段，我们不保证任何解读的准确性、完整性或适用性。
2. 不构成专业建议：本站内容不构成医疗、心理、法律、投资理财、婚姻家庭、职业等方面的专业意见。请勿依据本站内容做出重大人生决定（如辞职、结婚离婚、投资借贷、停止或更改治疗），涉及健康或心理问题请咨询医生或专业人士，涉及法律和财务请咨询律师、持牌专业人士。
3. 不预测生死灾祸：我们不预测寿命、死亡、具体疾病与灾祸发生的日期。若内容中出现相关字眼，仅为象征性、倾向性的描述，请勿当真或因此焦虑。
4. 人工智能内容：解读文字由大模型根据盘面数据生成，可能存在错误、遗漏或表述偏差，不同语言版本的措辞也可能略有差异。请理性看待。
5. 资料准确性：排盘结果取决于你输入的出生日期、时间、地点（尤其是出生时间的准确度）。输入有误将导致结果不准，我们不对此负责。生辰校正功能给出的是基于你提供事件的推算候选，并非确定结论。
6. 结果的使用：你基于本站内容所作的任何决定及其后果由你自行承担。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本站内容造成的直接或间接损失不承担责任。
7. 紧急情况：如你正处于情绪危机或有伤害自己或他人的想法，请立即联系当地紧急服务或心理援助热线，不要依赖本站内容。

Part 1 - Terms of Use

1. The service

The Site provides Western astrology content (chart calculation, natal readings, forecasting techniques, birth-time rectification) and a Chinese BaZi personality summary. Some features are free and some are paid. We may change, suspend or end features as needed; major changes will be announced on the Site.

2. Accounts

• Register with a real, working email and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Two-step verification is recommended.
• One person, one account. Do not rent, transfer or sell accounts. If you suspect your account was taken over, change your password and contact us immediately.
• You must be at least 18, or use the Site under the guidance and with the consent of a guardian. The Site is not directed at children under 14.
• You can delete your account at any time under "Me → Account security → Delete account".

3. Paid content and refunds

• Prices are those shown at checkout. We may change prices; changes do not affect orders already paid.
• Paid readings are digital content generated on demand. Once generated and delivered, no change-of-mind refunds are given unless required by law.
• If, because of a fault on our side, content fails to generate or is clearly incomplete after payment, or you are charged twice, contact us within 7 days; after verification we will regenerate or refund.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or payment credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: (1) attack, break into or disrupt the Site, or bypass login, payment or rate-limit protections; (2) scrape content or register accounts in bulk with scripts; (3) resell or publicly redistribute Site content, or use it to train or distil other models; (4) submit unlawful, infringing or harassing content; (5) impersonate others. We may restrict features or disable accounts that violate these rules and reserve the right to take further action.

5. Intellectual property

The software, page design, text, charts and readings on the Site belong to us or the relevant right holders. For readings generated from your own birth details, you may save, print and share them with friends and family for personal use, but not resell or mass-distribute them.

6. Interruptions and limitation of liability

We try to keep the service stable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by network faults, failures of third-party services (including AI models, payment and email providers) or force majeure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes

We may update this document; we will change the version number and tell you on the Site. Continued use means you accept the update. For changes materially affecting your rights, we will ask you to confirm again.

8. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of the place where the operator is located. Disputes will first be settled through friendly negotiation; failing that, they will be submitted to the competent court at the operator's location.

Part 2 - Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email, nickname and password (stored only as an irreversible hash; we cannot see it). If you enable two-step verification, the authenticator secret is stored encrypted. If you enter an invite code at sign-up, it is recorded.
• Birth details you choose to save: date, time, place, gender and name, stored only when you click "Save to my charts". The admin interface only shows how many charts you saved, never their contents.
• Details typed in temporarily: birth details you do not save as a chart are not stored as a profile. Readings you generate while logged in are saved to your account, keyed to the birth details used that time, so you can open them again.
• Readings you have generated: paid natal sections, daily / weekly / monthly forecasts, the year report, and synastry readings are saved after they are generated. Opening the same chart and the same period shows them again without a new charge. They are deleted when you delete your account.
• Someone else's birth details in a synastry reading: once you generate the reading, the other person's birth details are stored with it so you can reopen it. Only enter details you are allowed to use.
• Follow-up questions: each question and answer is saved with the place you asked it (a natal chapter, a day / week / month, or one synastry pair). Opening that same place shows the conversation again. There is no separate list of all questions. These are deleted with your account.
• Usage and security records: login time, IP address, browser type, failed logins, number and volume of paid generations, order records and admin audit logs, used for security, quotas, reconciliation and troubleshooting.
• Cookies and local storage: see section 6.

2. How we use it

• To provide charts, readings, orders, accounts and support, and to send necessary emails such as verification and password reset (if email is enabled).
• To prevent abuse and fraud (login lockout, rate limits) and keep accounts and systems secure.
• To improve the service, using only aggregated data that does not identify you.
• To meet legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal information and do not use it to serve third-party advertising.

3. Sharing and cross-border transfers

• AI model providers: to generate a paid reading, your chart data (planetary positions etc.) and the gender, name and language you entered (never your email or password) are sent to a third-party large-language-model service - currently mainly DeepSeek, with Anthropic (Claude) as a fallback. These providers may be located outside your region, so this can be a cross-border transfer. Please do not put information you do not want sent out (full legal name, ID numbers, home address) into free-text fields such as the name field.
• Payment providers: when you pay, order information is handled by third-party payment channels such as WeChat Pay or Alipay under their own privacy policies.
• Email provider: your email address is passed to our email provider to send verification and password-reset messages.
• Hosting: data is stored on cloud servers we rent.
• Apart from the above, and legal requirements or lawful requests by authorities, we do not disclose your personal information to anyone else.

To avoid regenerating the same text, the server caches generated readings. The cache relates only to chart data and prompts and is not linked to your email.

4. Retention

• Account data and saved charts: kept until you delete your account.
• After deletion: saved charts are deleted, email and nickname are anonymised, all sessions are revoked, and order records are kept anonymously (needed for accounting and legal duties, for the period the law requires).
• Logs and security records: kept for a reasonable period (generally no more than 12 months), then deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

• View and edit: change your nickname and password and delete saved charts under "Me".
• Delete: "Me → Account security → Delete account".
• Access, correction, export, withdrawal of consent, restriction and other requests: email support@flamearth.com. After verifying your identity we will reply within 15 business days.
• If you are in the EU, UK or a similar region, you have the data-protection rights given by local law and may complain to your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies and local storage

• Session cookie (HttpOnly, required): keeps you signed in; lasts 30 days if you choose "Remember me".
• CSRF token (required): protects against cross-site request forgery.
• Language preference (cookie lang and browser storage af_lang): remembers your interface language and lets the server write readings in that language.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but you may then be unable to sign in.

7. Security

HTTPS throughout; hashed passwords; login lockout and rate limits; revocable sessions; audit-logged admin actions; admin interface visible to administrators only. No system is absolutely secure. Please contact us if you notice anything unusual. If a security incident affects your rights, we will notify you and take remedial steps as required by law.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Users under 18 should use it with a guardian's consent and guidance. If we have collected a minor's information by mistake, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Updates

When we update this policy we change the version number and notify you on the Site; for major changes we will ask you to confirm again.

Part 3 - Disclaimer

1. Nature: Content on the Site is based on traditional astrology (Western astrology techniques, BaZi, etc.) and formula-based calculation, written with the assistance of artificial intelligence, and is for self-reflection, cultural entertainment and reference only. Astrology is not a scientifically validated way to predict events, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any reading.
2. Not professional advice: Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, investment, family or career advice. Do not make major life decisions based on the Site (quitting a job, marrying or divorcing, investing or borrowing, stopping or changing treatment). For health or mental-health matters consult a doctor or professional; for legal or financial matters consult a lawyer or licensed professional.
3. No predictions of death or disaster: We do not predict lifespan, death, specific illnesses or dates of disasters. Any such wording is symbolic or tendency-based; please do not take it literally or become anxious.
4. AI-generated text: Readings are generated by large language models from chart data and may contain errors, omissions or biased wording; wording may also differ slightly between languages. Please read critically.
5. Accuracy of your data: Results depend on the birth date, time and place you enter (especially the accuracy of birth time). Wrong input leads to wrong results, for which we are not responsible. The rectification feature returns calculated candidates based on the events you provide, not a definitive conclusion.
6. Your decisions: You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Site and its consequences. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect loss from using, or being unable to use, the content.
7. Emergencies: If you are in an emotional crisis or have thoughts of harming yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately; do not rely on the Site.
8. Third parties: The Site may include or link to third-party services (AI models, payments, email), whose content and policies we do not control and are not responsible for.
9. Respect: Astrology is a cultural and belief practice. We respect different beliefs and views, and nothing on the Site is meant to discriminate against any person or group.
